  • With the induction of the Concorde aircraft over fives decades ago since its first the sound barrier was broken for commercial air travel.
  • Technologies like optic fiber and Wi-Fi was a game changer to the advent of the internet age.
LEARNING IN THE PRESENT TIMES:

Fast forward to present times, the lessons learnt by predecessors or pioneers have had takers. Successors and heirs took those learnings to another level. This revolutionized processes in the respective fields. Be it the glamour industries like Film and Fashion or large scale manufacturing industries. The effect of improvisation on previous learnings are too many to account for in this piece of writing. So also, in the service industry and its innumerable sub-branches countless techniques came to be. These techniques brought about a three hundred and sixty degree change whenever and wherever implemented across the spectrum.

Taking the team members for off-site training and team building exercises has been a way for companies to empower them.
