Ranita is a result focused and passionate HR professional with more than 15 years’ diverse experience with organizations like Pepsi, Genpact & CATALYST. She works as an assessor, consultant and trainer. She has keen interest and expertise in talent development which she actively pursues by following a consultative solution based approach in delivering OD & training interventions that create value for organizations while leveraging people’s performance and potential.
In addition to training & consulting, for last 5 years she has also worked extensively with reputed MBA colleges ( listed in Top 100) on running customized ‘campus to corporate’ programs focused on enabling students to develop critical competencies required to be successful in their professional life. She has been engaged with JIMS, Rohini in recent past in streamlining their CRMC department functions and teaching papers on Business & Leadership communication.
Ranita is certified on the Leadership Architect and Hi-Potential Masterclass based on Lominger Leadership Competency model.
She also holds certification by Anahat on conducting Behavioural Event Interviews.
Masters in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD and
a BA (H) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
